Week 1: Warm-Up and Stretch, review Jazz technique, Leaps and Turns
Week 2: Full stretch, leaps and turns, Progressions
Week 3: Full stretch, progressions, begin lyrical combination
Remember...
You must wear a school-appropriate form fitting top, comfortable pants/ shorts, supportive undergarments (sports bra recommended) and either dance shoes or flexible tennis shoes to class EVERY DAY. You must also pull your hair out of your face into a ponytail EVERY DAY. Jewelry is NOT ALLOWED.
