Students will begin drawing out the bottle still life today. They will be reminded to sketch it out first before getting that final line for the outsides of the bottles.
They will be shown how to measure with their eye and a pencil to get a more accurate drawing.
They will be shown how to look at the placement of the bottles compared to the ones next to it...
They will also be shown how to create the bottles more realistically - with the shading techniques.
On Friday, Students will be shown/demonstrated to - on how to shade in the cloth behind the bottles... They will see a technique using a blending stump that will make the shadows look softer, (like a cloth). |
