The T-shirt Project will be due on Tuesday, September 14th. They are to create a design for the Spirit of Christmas Fun Run T-shirt.
The shirt color will white this year..and they are allowed to use up to 4 colors in their design. It will need to be drawn on a plain white 8 1/2" by 11" sheet of paper - which I will provide.

And the winner for 2010 Spirit of Christmas Fun Run Contest is.....
6th Grader Ally Damrau - congrats Ally on a Job well done! Please see the October 28th issue of The Lake Cities Sun to see Ally's designed t-shirt being worn by several of the Fun Run participants.
Reflections Contest
The Theme this year is - Together We Can....
Due date for this is November 12th

The art work must be original - and has to be flat - cannot be 3 dimensional (or in the round).

The art work must be completed by the student - not the parents.

Entries size can NOT exceed 24" by 30"... and may not be any thicker than 3/8".

Entry forms must be filled out and signed with an artists statement (describe what inspired you to create the piece and how it relates to the theme.) We will do the artists statements in class on November 8th...unless already on their entry form when turned in.

These projects are due on the 12th in order for me to give them a grade and have them delivered to the office by 10:00 on Monday for the contest officials to pick up for judging.

Parents must sign the entry form for the student to compete in the competition.
Doodle for Google Contest (in the spring semester)
Students will be chosen to participate in this project from 3 different grade levels.

We are only given 6 numbers to enter into the contest from our school. The top 6 students will be chosen from the entries submitted.
