1 - 8 1/2 X 11 spiralbound sketchbook - 50 sheets or more (sketchbooks with other types of binding are okay: however, they tend to fall apart quickly).

1 - package of #2 pencils with erasers on the end

2 - Magic Rub or Pink Pearl Erasers.

1 - 3 ring flexible plastic folder - this will be used to hold all worksheets and will become a workbook for the course. It will be kept in the classroom along with the sketchbook

1 - package of markers - thin or broad tip

Walmart, Hobby Lobby, and Michael's are 3 great stores to buy the required art supplies.
Periodically, Hobby Lobby and Michael's will put their craft items and sketchbooks on sale. Throughout the year, you may go to Hobbylobby.com or Michaels.com and check out the sales.

In order for all the art students to be successfull in class, they must purchase and maintain a list of art supplies during the school year. Pencils and erasers will not be available to borrow from the teacher. Students are responsible for bringing these supplies to class every day. Students not having the appropriate supplies will be given an alternate reading assignment from the textbook.

The Middle School Art Teachers do have a limited supply of the above items for purchase through the school.

The 8th grade 3D art class students are required to have the following supplies:

They will be required to pay a $15.00 Art Fee.

This fee is to offset the cost of the clay and other items the students will use the semester they are in the class.
