WELCOME TO THE 2ND SEMESTER

Date: 4th Six Weeks Jan.3-Feb.17

The fourth six weeks students will finish informational texts by reading the following "Letter from a Concentration Camp" (from a child to his friend) and "Letter to Scottie" (father to his daughter)and analogies. In grammar students will continue Grk/Latin roots, parts of speech, and parts of a sentence.

Week of Jan. 23-27 - Analyzing Magazine and Television Commercials and their persuasive techniques
Jan.30-Feb. 3 Write Original Commercial and Present on Friday, Feb. 3
