My name is Kristin Stewart, and I teach Family and Consumer Science at LDHS!
I absolutely LOVE my job, and I LOVE being a part of the Falcon Family!!
In 1999, I received my BS in Family Studies with a teaching certification in Family and Consumer Science Education from TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY!! Gooooooooo RED RAIDERS!!!! Along with various jobs in sales, promotional products and banking, I have been teaching for a total of 9 years!! I have had the privilege of working in HEB ISD, Denton ISD and now Lake Dallas ISD!!
After experiencing the corporate world for awhile, I knew that teaching was my true passion, and I am thrilled to be teaching and coaching cheer at Lake Dallas High School!! Goooooooo FALCONS!!!!
My family means the world to me, too! I have two little boys, Conner Reese (1 year) and Brooks Ryan (7 years)!! They are such special boys, and I adore them more than anything! I also have a wonderful husband named Jason. We married in November 2008, and I couldn't be prouder of our life together!
Ohhhh. . .and I can't forget our 2 year old Goldendoodle, Izzie, and Betta fish, Sam. What would we do without our pets?? Love them to pieces!! |
