* We dress out each day into our P.E. uniforms which are sold here at LDMS by the coaches for $20.00. We will begin selling them during August 24-26, 2011 (and will continue to sell them unitl we get every student taken care of). Each student will need a combonation lock before they will be sold a uniform. It's very important that the students remember to use their locks everyday to keep their belongings secure!
* We stretch and run everyday first, and then we begin the day's activity.
* Please bring a note if you are sick, or need to sit out. You may bring 2 notes to sit out a total of three class days in a six weeks. If you have a note from a Doctor, then of course we follow their orders! So, we want the student to be as active as possible while in PE!
* Bring appropriate shoes and socks to PE class everyday.
* Each week we will have two cardiovascular days. (students will have a timed run/jog/walk on these days, cardio stations, ladders/dots, or will run/jog/walk the mile).
* Students are graded on dressing out, participation, and sportsmanship (keep your behavior level high)!
